We have Our own building consisting 20000 Sq.Ft. Ground plus one, very nicely planned as per modern standards and equipped with fire fighting system, to match with the social auditing ISO within a short Span.
We have the necessary infrastructure and it avails and Source all the facilities of vertical integration from its parent concern.

1.The Fabric division, a contemporary knitting unit equipped with different circular and flat knitting machines (Mayor & Cie, Germany) with an approximate production capacity of 5 tonnes of fabric per day.

2.The Processing division, with sophisticated European machines (Dyeing: Thies, Germany | Tubular Finishing: Santex, Switzerland | Openwidth Finishing: Brückner, Germany | Lab: Datacolor, USA) with 8 tons per day production per day.

3.The Compacting division is equipped with Ferrano state-of-the-art machinery imported from Italy to control fabric shrinkage.

4.The Printing division, which equips machines including MHM fully-automatic printing machine imported from Austria with a capacity of nearly 2000 pieces/ day.

5.The Embroidery division includes the exclusive Japanese Tajima Embroidery machine, which also comes with sequins facility with a total production capacity of 2000 pieces per day.

6.The Garmenting division covering an area of 15,000 square feet has a capacity of manufacturing 1,00,000o pieces of garments per month with an array of composite machineries for complete knitted apparel manufacture.
